Maggie Sharar

A channel to the divine. A mother. A healer. A creator. This is Maggie Sharar. Her watercolor paintings illustrate lost and found
souls. They invite you into a healing experience.

Her figurative paintings embody sovereignty and the juicy truth of being human. Each piece holds the energy of love, trauma, healing, magic, and connection. But most of all Maggie’s work is a conduit to express her resilience.

Maggie's creative journey began long ago in the land of sand and sun. Florida. There she grew up on the rural nature coast soaking in the sounds of cicadas and swimming through the waterways and humidity.

Small town culture and her sensitive open soul routinely clashed breaking her heart and sparking inspiration. These elements and moments of tension show up in her layered work.

Presently Maggie lives in Seattle raising her children and rescue dog. She sells her art work, teaches art classes, and spends time in nature as much as possible.
